In the event one of the conditions listed under Article 30 of the Constitution occurred and the National Assembly convokes an extraordinary session, the authority discharged is nevertheless part of the power and duty of the National Assembly and the National Assembly convoked in accordance with Article 29 of the Constitution may naturally exercise such authority.
