Speech by President JUDr. Josef Baxa (Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic) at the TCC: The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic Through the Prism of Legal History (April 16, 2024)
On April 16, 2024, the Judicial Yuan and the Taiwan Constitutional Court welcomed the speech by President JUDr. Josef Baxa of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic on “The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic Through the Prism of Legal History” (translated by Assoc. Prof. Chi CHUNG). The delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic met with Chief Justice HSU and Justices of the TCC and exchanged views before the speech and engaged in dialogues afterwards.
