On January 9, 2024, the Judicial Yuan and the Taiwan Constitutional Court welcomed the speech by JUDr. Václav Stehlík and JUDr. Martin Faix of the Faculty of Law, Palacký University Olomouc on “Transition to Democracy in the Czech Republic: from totality to the EU membership” (translated by Prof. Dr. I-Hsun Sandy Chou). The delegation of Faculty of Law, Palacký University Olomouc met with Chief Justice HSU and Justices of the TCC and exchanged views before the meeting.
