On February 19, 2020, the Judicial Yuan invited Associate Justice Goodwin LIU for his lecture on “The Rule of Court, practice, and recent prominent cases of the California Supreme Court.” Associate Justice LIU met President HSU and the Justices before the lecture for exchanging views.
