On November 9, 2017, the Judicial Yuan invited Prof. Dr. Stefan Korioth for his lecture on “The German Constitutional Complaint—the Infrastructure and Practical Experience (Die Urteilsverfassungsbeschwerde im deutschen Recht –Grundlagen und Erfahrungen).” Prof. Dr. Korioth met President HSU and the Justices before the lecture for exchanging views.
