On October 31, 2017, the Judicial Yuan invited Justice Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Kirchhof for his lecture on “the Practical Pre-conditions for the Successful German Constitutional Complaint Framework.” Prof. Dr. Kirchhof met President HSU and the Justices before the lecture for exchanging views.
