The Publication of the Chinese Translation of  Guide on Article 8 of the  European Convention on Human Rights

    In cooperation with the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), the TCC has completed the translation and editing of the Chinese version of the Guide on Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights (31 August 2021) at the end of 2023. 

    The Chinese translation of this Guide was made possible with the help of Prof. Ching-Yi LIU (National Taiwan University), Prof. Ting-Chi LIU (National Chengchi University), and the editing team of the Department of Clerks for the Constitutional Court, Judicial Yuan. This Guide was published by the Judicial Yuan with the authorization of Council of Europe and the ECHR.
